Placement of an order

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

Cancelling an order

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your treats especially for you. Because our cookies, brownies, and other baked goods are freshly made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once baking has begun.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of ordering may be accepted if baking has not yet started.
  • After this time, no cancellations or refunds will be possible, as ingredients and time will already have been committed to your order.

If you’ve made an error when ordering (for example, incorrect address or date), please get in touch right away at [email protected] — we’ll always do our best to help if we can.

This policy ensures we can continue to bake everything fresh, reduce food waste, and keep our small business running smoothly.

Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). The Little Village Bakery assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

Returns Policy

All of our bakes are freshly made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been delivered.

However, we want every customer to love what they receive! If there’s a problem with your order — for example, it arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and a photo if possible.

We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund.

Please note:

  • Because our products are perishable food items, we can’t accept returns for taste preference or change of mind.
  • Refunds or replacements are offered only where there is a genuine issue with the order.
  • If you collect your order in person, please check it before leaving — we can’t offer replacements once items have been handed over and accepted.
